| The SpotLogger is a laser pulse monitoring system that uses a data acquisition board as a digital oscilloscope to monitor spot welding applications. It is very simple to use, you teach it what is a good weld and specify the tolerances. Each spot weld has it’s own energy target and limits. It sits behind your spot welding process, inspecting every pulse’s energy and signaling either a GOOD/BAD part, or aborting your process if your abort criteria has been met. Digital outputs communicate with your PC, CNC or PLC controlling the process. |
SpotLogger can act as both a controller and data-logger for documenting your spot welding process.
